Richiger Grain Baggers

A bagging machine is a low cost system for temporary grain storage that allows you to store grain and sell at the best prices. A grain bagger can store many types of whole grains including: Maize/Corn, Sorghum, Wheat, Barley, Soy Beans and Sunflower. Speed up harvesting. Bagging grain permits you to store your dry gain wherever you harvest it, with guaranteed quality and minimum cost.

The Richiger R-9 bagging machine features a compression auger, leveling and height adjustment, rugged screw-action brakes, jack stands and a natural tunnel shape. Store 180-200 tons of grain with the 60 meter long bags, and up to 250 tons with the larger 75 meter long bags. Both bags are 9' diameter to allow for easy grain bagging.

The R-10 bagging machine is similar to the R-9, but has a large 18" compression scre and fills at 600 tons per hour.

Grain Bag

The grain bag is sealed airtight and lasts up to one or more years in the open, preventing damage from fungus and insects. Bags are UV protected and have a factory guarantee of 18-24 months.

This airtight environment can eliminate the need for chemicals with an average bag cost of 7 cents per bushel of stored grain. These unique grain bags allow for storage amounts to vary by simply cutting the bag and resealing it.

Grain Bagging Process

The bagging machine is loaded throught its large receiving hopper and the grain drops down through the hopper to the compression auger. The compression auger forces the grain into the grain bag and as the wall of grain builds, it pushes the bagging machine and the tractor forward. The compression auger provides perfect compaction and uniform filling without losses.

The grain bagger allows you to program your own marketing agenda, and planning ahead the location of each bag is essential. All kinds of grains, fertilizers and seasonal products can be stored. The advantage of the bagging machine is that grain can be stored in silo bags with slightly higher moisture levels than the average values considered safe for storage in bins. The bagging system provides insecticide-free grain conservation.

EA-250 & EA-350 Grain Bag Unloaders

The grain bag unloaders are not only cost effective, they are the easiest, quickest and most efficient method yet devised to transfer grain from the bag to the grain truck. With a massive work capacity, the grain bag unloaders can remove up to 300 tons an hour from the grain bag (tonnage per hour may vary according to the type and condition of the grain).

The grain bag unloaders are simple to operate and require only a single operator to do everything from set-up to loading grain trucks. The controls are contained within the bag unloader structure so levers are at your fingertips.

Even height regulation is easy with the lift mechanisms hydraulically controlled. The three point flow diversion valve selects the hydraulic circuit being used.

The grain bag unloader is easy to move from bag to bag or from field to field. The unit features an easy-to-use self-trailering system where the machine converts from working configuration to trailering congifuration with no wheel rotation and just the manipulation of a few simple mechanisms.
